Privacy Policy

1. The short version

DesiXoXo runs as lean as possible: no accounts, no trackers, no ad networks, no data mining, and no selling of data. We don't need to know who you are to let you browse the index.

2. What we collect

• Server logs — like most websites, the web server briefly records each request (URL, timestamp, standard technical details) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated and not used to profile visitors.
• Form submissions — if you voluntarily use the contact form or the content removal form, we store and read the details you submit so we can act on your request. The removal form stores a record on our server and emails our admin team.
• That's it — no accounts, no cookies used for tracking, no analytics profiles, no advertising identifiers.

3. Third-party hosting

All videos and images listed in our index are hosted by independent third-party providers. When you press play, your device connects to those providers, and their privacy practices (including any logging or cookies) apply to that connection. DesiXoXo does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. We do not own, host, or store any media, and all credits belong to the respective copyright owners.

4. Retention

Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the request (and, where required, to document our response to legal notices). Server logs are kept for a short operational window and then discarded.

5. Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you and request its deletion by writing to [email protected]. Since we store almost nothing, this is usually easy.
