Who we are
DesiXoXo (https://desixoxo.com) is an indexing platform only. We do not host, own, upload, produce, store, or distribute any media files. Every video or image reachable through this site is hosted on and delivered by independent third-party providers. All credits and rights belong to the respective copyright owners. We do not sell, monetize, or misuse any content — we simply index what is publicly available on third-party services and present it in an organized way.
Because we index rather than host, takedown requests concerning the underlying files should also be directed at the hosting provider identified in your complaint. Removing a page from our index does not remove the media itself from its third-party host.
How to file a DMCA notice
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe content accessible via this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our support team:
For a notice to be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), it must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
- Identification of the material you want removed, including the exact URL(s) of the page(s) on this site where the material appears.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith: "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- A statement of accuracy: "I state that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Alternatively, you may use our Content Removal form, which collects the same information and routes requests to our administration team.
What happens next
- We acknowledge complete notices within 48–72 hours.
- We remove the identified page(s) from our index promptly, and where possible disable the associated link(s).
- We may ask you to clarify or complete an invalid or incomplete notice before acting on it.
- Repeat infringers or source listings are removed from the index under our repeat-infringer policy.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. Send counter-notices to [email protected].
Content removal vs. copyright takedown
Not every removal request is a copyright matter. We route correspondence as follows:
- DMCA, copyright, 18 U.S.C. 2257 and policy issues — [email protected]
- General content removal requests (privacy, accidental listing, or any other reason) — the removal form or [email protected]
